Our FMI-B50 range of digital force gauges are made for precise force measurements in materials testing and quality control. The gauge sensor modules are integrated in a robust die cast aluminium housing and directly connected to each other for precision force measurement.
Upgrade the FMI-B50 to a comprehensive measurement system, using a laser distance sensor and either a manual or motor-driven test stands, for an even wider range of push and pull testing applications.
Force is applied and measured through a gauge rod with an M6 thread for compatibility with a extensive range of tensile and compression fixtures. When used with a laser distance sensor, non-contact measurement is also captured from the test object or a reference mark.

FMI_Analyze software
Measurements and results are captured in real time and can be transferred to your computer using our FMI_Analyze software.
FMI_Analyze enables easy visualisation of the test results, with comparative set point limits or graphic parameters such as failure lines and measurement value windows. The software can also control test sequences when your gauge is configured with a motorised test stand (FMT-221/230).
