Calibration of TUER Clamping force measuring device 80.TUER
Calibration of a force measuring device for recording the closing forces of doors and gates according to DIN EN 12445, traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards.
The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a statement of conformity for the tested measuring device and a calibration recommendation according to the selected calibration procedure in accordance with VDI/VDE 2624 sheet 2.1.
The calibration in pressure direction is carried out for the measuring range up to 1000N on an automated calibration test bench with staggered N-masses.
Which individual measuring ranges/measuring spans are covered by the accreditation can be found in the description of the service item CAL-100 in the service area under Calibration laboratory for force.
- Audit-proof traceability according to IATF 16949:2016 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
- Calibration system with DIN EN ISO 17025 accredited measuring range from 2 N to 250 kN
- Highest precision, low measurement uncertainty (CMC < 0.02%)
Our calibration laboratory is accredited to perform DAkkS-compliant calibrations, according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
What is a DAkkS-compliant calibration?
DAkkS-compliant calibrations are, according to the national standards of NMIs (national metrology institutes), the highest level of standard in the calibration chain.
