Calibration of Imada force gauge 80.IMAD

Calibration of a mechanical or digital hand-held force meter of the Japanese manufacturer Imada Co. Ltd. traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards. The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a statement of conformity for the tested measuring instrument and a calibration recommendation according to the selected calibration procedure in accordance with VDI/VDE 2624 sheet 2.1 or DKD-R 3-3 (B).

The calibration in tension and compression direction is carried out for the measuring range up to 1000N on an automated calibration test bench with staggered N-masses. The lowest resolution is 0.2N for devices with a measuring range up to 2N. Force gauges with a measuring range greater than 1000N are calibrated on a test rig with transfer standard up to 250 kN.
