Calibration of a pull tester, traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards. The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a statement of conformity for the tested measuring instrument and a calibration recommendation according to the calibration procedure of DKD-R 3-3 procedure D taking into account a higher measurement uncertainty budget based on the data sheet information of the manufacturer C-tec Cable technologies GmbH & Co.KG (D) or True Soltec Co. Ltd (JP).
Calibration is carried out in the tensile direction on automated testing equipment up to 5 kN with reference standards of class 05 and better. The uncertainty contributions for the non-measured reproducibility, repeatability and/or hysteresis are statistically taken into account on the basis of data sheet information.
The service item CAL-240 included calibration according to validated procedures in the ISO 17025 accredited permanent laboratory. In accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949:2016, the calibration certificate bears the seal of the national accreditation bodies (DAkkS) and the logo of ILAC-MRA for international recognition.
